About The Wag Post

The Wag Post is an independent dog-care publisher obsessed with one thing: answering the questions real dog owners actually ask.

We started with French Bulldogs, America’s most popular breed four years running, because Frenchie owners have some of the most urgent questions in the dog world, from breathing issues to training a famously stubborn breed. Every guide we publish is researched against veterinary sources, breed club guidance, and current 2026 cost data, then written in plain English.

What we are not: we are not veterinarians, and nothing here replaces professional veterinary advice. Every health article says so explicitly, and we mean it. When your dog is sick, call your vet first and read us second.

How we make money: The Wag Post is reader-supported. We display ads and occasionally link to products we genuinely recommend; if you buy through those links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It keeps the guides free.
